Tech Armor: Using a standard action to activate, the Tech armor absorbs 25% of all damage, rounded down, to a cap of 20 damage, then explodes, causing 1d6 points of damage to every adjacent square to the wearer. Can be detonated before the damage cap. Useable once per encounter.

Cryo Blast Talent Tree
Cryo Blast: As a standard action, a blast of super cooled particles snap freezes a target when hit. This blast slows the target by 2 squares for 2 turns. During these two turns, the target takes an additional 5 points of damage when hit.
…Improved Cryo Blast: Slows the target by 3 squares for two turns, and causes the target to take an additional 10 points of damage when hit.
……Advanced Cryo Blast: Slows the target by 3 squares of movement, and allows them only one standard action per turn for two turns. The target takes an additional 20 points of damage from any attack. If the targets health hits zero while slowed, the target will shatter, instantly dying.
………Deep Cryo Blast: The target is immobilized for 2 turns and takes an extra 30 points of damage every time the target is hit.
………Full Cryo Blast: The Advanced Cryo Blast now effects all targets in a 3×3 square.
